The wheels on your vehicle can be made of steel, aluminum alloy, or carbon fiber. Depending on the material they are made of, different finishes can be applied. Although rims or wheels look simple and basic, they have many components. The valve stem allows you to fill your tire with air. The wheel’s outboard face, or cosmetic face, is what you see. Other parts include the bolt circle, plate, spokes, and dish. They all help to keep the wheel attached or support the car.
